I was raised in the Episcopal Church. Through the practice of Yoga I was exposed to the Hindu religion and some its mystical practices. From there I studied Buddhism and now I draw on all three belief systems.
My motto is: All Gods are one God. - all gods represent an aspect of GOD.
I am active in my church and have a daily meditation practice. My favorite aspect of God is the deity Ganesh whom I often work with when I need to remove obstacles from my lifepath.
Are you are centered? When you are not centered, you are unclear, unfocused, stressed, and off balance. I can help you gain a state of clarity, focus, peace, and balance.
Being able to center yourself, heal your aura and open your chakras is key.
Try this simple Charaka opening exercise. It's one of my favorite ways to reconnect to the real world, the world beneath out feet...
Find a comfortable place in a quiet room. Sit with your back straight. Take a series of deep breaths and ground yourself.
I like to do this on my lunch hour. I'm lucky to have a park in walking distance .
Now visualize plunging your feet into the dirt. Think of them becoming roots. Feel the earth energy rising up through the bottom of your feet; up through your ankles and calves; earth energy rising up through your knees and thighs; up through your pelvic area; earth energy flowing up through your abdomen and lower back; rising up through your hands and arms; Imagine earth energy is flowing up through your chest and back; up through your shoulders and neck, chin, jaw, face; earth energy flowing up through your scalp.
This earth energy flows up and up over the top of your head and flows back down to the earth. You have a continuous flow of energy from the earth, flowing up through your body and up through all the layers and levels of energy around your body and then spilling over and flowing back down to the earth in an endless loop.
Now envision this earth energy moving up along the spine from your tail bone flowing colorfully up toward the brain, opening the chakras along the way like a flower growing towards the sun.
