Natural magick transformed my world and transformed my life. It opened my perception of things
around me and made me aware of the magick that had been at work in my life all along.
One of the reasons magick works is because it applies the law of attraction or the universal law
which states that, "what is within, is without." Which means: what is first created inside the
mind will eventually become an outward reality.
To Practice the Art of Manifesting means to practice the process of conscious creation. We do
this by desiring, defining our desires, working to make them a reality and allowing ourselves to
accept the rewards.
Through practice we are able to manifest our desires. Energy flows through the universe, through
all things, through us. To work a successful spell you must harness and shape this energy. In
spellwork, corresponding energies are directed with intent to gain the desired effect. There are
suitable hours, days and phases of the moon, herbs and oils, candles and color. Indeed there
are many influences to consider for the success of any spell.
It is possible to write your own spells. Spells that work if you apply the most auspicious
energies to complement your intention. I have tried to include all of the information you will
need to compose a successful spell in these pages.
You will find information on the Moon's phases, daily and hourly correspondences. I have also
included pages on meditation, visualization, manifesting your desires and managing energy. A
list of world deities and instructions on how to cast a circle. There is a list of herbs and how to
apply their energies to your magickal work.

A Clairvoyance Brew from the archives of Scott Cunningham
3 Parts Rose petals
1 Part Each
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Bay
Mugwort
Place in a teapot, fill with boiling water, let steep, covered, for a few minutes. Remove cover,
sniff steam - (not so that you burn your nose) for a few moments, visualize the mystic scent
opening your psychic awareness, then lie down and prophesize. If you wish, drink a bit of the
brew as well, & let the steam continue to rise as you stretch your psychic awareness
Herbal Bath Salts
1/2 cup Sea Salt
1/2 cup Epsom Salts
1/2 cup fresh herbs leaves or flowers
1/4 cup Baking Soda
few drops essential oils
Blend the above ingredients in a food processor
or blender.
Try: Lemon Balm, Rosemary, Rose, or Tangerine essential oil.
Place 1/4 cup of the mixture under running warm water for fragrant herbal bath.
Psychic Dream Tea
2 parts Rose petals
1 part Mugwort
1 part Peppermint
1 part Jasmine flowers
1/2 part Cinnamon
Mix, add one teaspoon to a cup. Pour boiling water over this and let steep, covered, for a few
minutes. Drink before going to bed to produce psychic dreams
Prosperity Oil
Prosperity oil has been used for hundreds of years. It is best when made on a waxing or full
moon on a Thursday in the hour of Jupiter .
One part basil powder
One part spearmint essential oil
One quarter part cinnamon essence
Six parts base oil
Wonderful for anointing candles or to burn in a diffuser.
Spell To Obtain Fast Money
Here is an extremely simple yet effective spell for obtaining fast money when needed:
On a Thursday during the Waxing Moon anoint a green candle with an appropriate money-
drawing oil, such as Patchouli, Jasmine, or Cinnamon. Anoint your candle and place in a holder
on your altar. Place a brand new shiny penny in front of the holder, and then surround the holder
with three green aventurine gemstones. Repeat the following chant 3 times:
"Money, money come to me, $100 is what I need!!!
With harm to none and help to many, multiply now this shiny penny!!!"
Now light your candle and gaze into its flame, strongly visualizing the needed money coming to
you. Continue with this visualization for as long as possible. After the candle has burned down
completely, bury any remaining wax on your property and carry the penny with you to reinforce
your magickal intention. Please note that spells to obtain money seem to work better when used
for a true need.
Prosperity Spell
On a Thursday, dress a green candle with prosperity oil and light your favorite prosperity incense.
You will also need a piece of root of High John the Conqueror or a Galangal root, or piece of
Ginger.
Gather all your materials and place them on your altar. Light the incense and the altar candles.
Cast the circle.
Light the green candle saying:
"I come here on benevolent Jupiter's day, the ruler of luck and fortune,
I light the flame of prosperity to signify what I seek."
Pick up the root and pass it through the flame of the candle stating:
"I purify this root to serve as a lasting token of my desire spoke this night. Allow only good
fortune to come. Open my eyes, so that I may see prosperity where before I saw none. "
Pick up the prosperity oil. Anoint the root with the oil stating:
"High John (or Galangal or Ginger) I anoint you with this essence of prosperity that you shall
serve to draw to me the money that I need. May it's power add to your own to speed good
fortune on it's way."
Pass the root through the smoke of the incense stating:
"I add the power of this perfume of prosperity to those already bestowed, that it shall increase
your power still more to bring me the prosperity that I seek."
Place the root in the center of the altar and meditate for a few moments on the great need you
have for financial help. When you have this clearly in mind, visualize a green light coming from
above to surround the root and yourself. Then say:
"Prosperity descends upon me and this token of my desire, the rich green glow of fortune shines
brightly for all to see. My financial woes are at an end, with harm to none as I will it, so mote it
be."
Allow the candle to burn out and leave the root on the altar.
Open the circle.
Carry the root in as red velvet bag with you to draw prosperity.
This is a lovely spell to get yourself back on track
Take a cleansing bath.
Light a white candle dressed with sweet orange oil. Meditate a few moments before saying
three times...
I enter the flow of All That Is
I am filled with loving kindness
I forgive and release all negativity
as I draw the best to me
love and happiness will reign
In my house and in my name
Thanks be to thee
So mote it be
Meditate at least ten more minutes holding the picture of what you want your life to be like. See
yourself as you want to be.

space. I cast this circle to create a sacred place between the worlds. I cast this circle to attract
only positive energy and to protect me from all harm. "

This works wonders to sooth family members who will not get along.
Peace Spell
This is a spell to help bring peace and harmony back into your Household supplies: 3 candles (1
pink, 1 brown, and 1 light blue), Lavender (herb) or Violet (herb), a piece of paper, pink ribbon,
scissors, and a pen or pencil
Place the candles on the alter... the pink on the left, the light blue on the right, and the brown
in the middle. Cast a circle and light the candles. Sprinkle the Lavendar/Violet around the three
candles. Cut the piece of paper into rectangles... one rectangle for each person living in your
household (remember to count yourself as well). Draw a picture of each person on each
rectangle. Don't worry, they can be stick-figures... just as long as you know who is who. Now put
all of the family members in a pile and tie the ribbon around the stack. Tie the ribbon in three
knots as you say:
"Fighting, screaming, imbalances be gone!
Let's put the family peace back on!
Harmony, friendship, protection...
This house needs some love in its direction!"
Place the stack underneath the brown candle. Snuff out the pink and the light blue candles, and
let the brown one burn out.
Freezer Binding Spell kitchen witch spell
Spoken - This is a very simple spell to stop someone from causing trouble for you. It doesn't
harm them physically or emotionally, although it is an attempt to manipulate another's actions
You will need a freezer, a zip lock bag, some water, a piece of paper and a pencil
Meditate if necessary on the actions the person is taking that you wish to stop so that you can
distill it into as concise a statement as possible. You want one or two sentences.
Write this on the piece of paper with the pencil along with the persons name saying:
"This slip of paper is (name), and his/her actions against me. I hereby freeze (name) and bind
him/her from causing me harm. As my will so mote it be."
If the person is not known to you, use the following alternate wording and omit the name on the
piece of paper.
"This slip of paper is the unknown one and their actions against me. I hereby freeze them and
bind them from causing me harm. As my will so mote it be."
Fold the paper into a compact shape and place the paper in the baggie.
Fill the baggie with enough water to submerge the paper.
Place the water filled baggie in the freezer and freeze it solid.
Keep it there until the difficulty is resolved, then thaw and bury the paper in the earth, pouring
the water on the ground and saying:
"I release you from the binding, on the understanding that you are not to harm me again. As my
will so mote it be."
Binding A Spell
When you have completed a spell, it is a good idea to bind it. This puts the finishing touches on
it and is another chance for you to be sure you have only good intentions behind your work. The
spell binding I use most often goes like this:
By all the power of three times three,
This spell bound ‘round shall be,
To cause no harm, nor return on me.
As I do will, so mote it be!
Acceptance Spell
Spoken - Designed to be used each day to develop a more accepting attitude toward others. May
be used in your morning affirmations.
